Vehicle & Driving Regulations
• A posted speed limit of (5) miles per hour will be enforced within the campgrounds.
• Maximum of one vehicle per site. All vehicles must register at the main office to obtain a campsite vehicle permit.
• Dirt Bikes, Quads and or any off-road vehicles are not permitted inside the campground.
• One person from each camping party must register at the office upon entering the campground. That person will provide a copy of their valid driver's license, name, address, vehicle license & registration and the number of persons in their party. This information will be maintained in the office. A credit card number is required to hold all reservations.
• A $5.00 fee per vehicle is required to visit the campground and a “Visitor's Pass” will be issued at the main office. Visitors will not be admitted after 9:00 pm. And must leave the campground by 10:00 pm.
Campsite Regulations
• Firearms of any kind are NOT permitted in the campgrounds.
• Fireworks are Not permitted in the campgrounds. Any person or persons detonating any combustible or explosive composition within the campgrounds will be evicted immediately without refund and all future camping privileges revoked.
• Pets are welcome, subject to the following conditions:
○ All pets must be on a leash
○ They must not be left unattended
○ Owners must clean up after their pets in all areas
○ A copy of your pet's up-to-date vaccinations must be provided prior to arrival.
○ Pets are not permitted in the Lodge or Bathhouses.
• Campfires must be maintained within the fire rings provided at each campsite and wood must fit safety inside the ring. No cutting of trees or brush. Firewood must be purchased at the office. Fires must be attended at all times and extinguished by midnight.
• Quiet hours are from 11pm – 7 am.

Checkout Time is noon.
•
Minimum age to rent a campsite is 18 years old.
•
Due to the presence of black bears in the area and our camper's safety, all food items must be secured in your vehicle, RV or cabin. All trash must be placed in the garbage cans provided and tightly closed.
•
Alcohol must be limited to each campsite. Public intoxication will NOT be tolerated and result in immediate eviction without refund.
•
Children under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult when using the showers and restrooms.
•
No bicycle riding will be permitted after dark.
•
No washing of RVs or vehicles is permitted in campground.
•
No smoking is permitted in cabins or bathhouse.
•
Any destruction or damage to property or facilities will be the responsibility of each camper.
•
Campsites must be kept is a neat, clean and sanitary condition at all times. Washing dishes or pets in the showers or restroom sinks is prohibited.
•
Each campsite owners is responsible for the conduct of any person who may be staying or visiting.
All Campers & Visitors are in the resort at your own risk. Bear Ridge Campground and RV Resort is not responsible for loss or damage of personal property or accidental injury. Parents must be responsible for watching their children at all times. Bike safety is your responsibility!
Failure to comply with these rules after receipt of official notice, or failure to correct the violation will result in eviction from campgrounds without refund!
